Welcome New Colleagues to Join TJCY

During the 2023 spring recruitment, after a rigorous selection process conducted by company, a group of outstanding graduates emerged from numerous applicants. On July 3rd, the new employees officially joined TJCY and a welcoming ceremony was held to mark their arrival.

Introduction of Attendees

The welcoming ceremony was attended by Chairman An Xin, CEO Wang Xiaowen, and COO An Wei. Also in attendance were department managers and mentors assigned to the new employees.

Self-Introduction of New Employees

Over twenty new employees took turns introducing themselves. They spoke with enthusiasm and energy, showcasing their talents and unique qualities. By briefly sharing academic backgrounds, the colleagues and leaders gained a preliminary understanding of the new employees.

Mentorship Ceremony

To facilitate the integration and rapid development of the new employees within the company, a dual-mentorship system was established. Each new employee was assigned a dedicated mentor who is experienced and responsible. These mentors would provide one-on-one guidance and support to accompany the new employees on their professional journey.

Chairman An Xin and CEO Wang Xiaowen delivered speeches to welcome the new employees. They outlined the future direction and specific strategies of the company's work, while also expressing their expectations and requirements for the new employees.

Ice-Breaking and Team-Building Activities

In the afternoon of July 3rd, the company invited professional trainers and career planning experts, Mr. Liu, to conduct a relaxed, enjoyable, and meaningful ice-breaking and team-building activity for the new employees. The atmosphere was lively, encouraging mutual communication and interaction among the participants, and providing them with a glimpse of the transition from being students to becoming professionals.

My Perspective on TJCY

Through a week of immersion in the company's corporate culture, the new employees gained a deeper understanding and appreciation of it. They experienced the professionalism and sense of responsibility demonstrated by employees, fostering a stronger sense of belonging to the company. With great enthusiasm and innovative ideas, they used colorful pens to depict the impressions of TJCY on white paper, showcasing their individual talents and conveying the company's vision and values.
